The recommended item on the a la carte menu is "Wagyu Shabu Shabu" for 1,078 yen (tax included). This is a truly sumptuous shabu-shabu made with large pieces of wagyu beef and vegetables, dipped in a rich broth. Please enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth flavor and juicy texture of the meat. Additional meat (989 yen per piece, tax included) is available for additional enjoyment.

Everyone loves "Ramen Salad" 869 yen (tax included), which is popular as a sharing menu for banquets and gatherings. A Hokkaido staple, this hearty ramen salad is a must-have. The crisp flavor will keep your chopsticks going all summer long.

We also offer an 8-course, luxurious lineup including the popular Atsugishi oysters, priced at 4,000 yen (tax included). In addition to the plump and rich oysters from Akkeshi, we use plenty of Hokkaido ingredients such as scallops, taro mochi, popular assorted sashimi, and hearty chicken skewers. Finishing off the meal with a salmon sushi roll and dessert will surely satisfy your appetite.
